Warwick High School teacher named Pa. Exemplary Computer Science Educator | Local News
A Warwick Large Faculty math and technological innovation trainer was named this year’s Exemplary Computer system Science Educator in Pennsylvania for his contributions to growing the computer science field for all college students.
Jeffrey Wile received the award at the 2022 #CSForAllPA Summit in late June. He was picked from a pool of three finalists, which bundled Heather Hedderman of the Wattsburg Space College District and Elizabeth Woods of the Indiana Location University District, in accordance to a Warwick School District information release.
All a few finalists spoke as aspect of a panel speaking about their operate in advancing personal computer science opportunities inside their respective districts and communities. Wile, for instance, commenced a new regional Computer system Science Instructor Affiliation chapter that assisted computer system science teachers join to master collectively and from just about every other.
“Reflecting around the earlier numerous yrs, I am thrilled with how significantly our laptop science plan at Warwick has developed and how Warwick pupils have taken benefit to master computing competencies in my classroom,” Wile said in the news launch.
